Presentation of the project’s content:

The main goal of the project is the introduction of the product to the target market and professionals at European trade exhibitions and conferences. The most important field of operations were events visited by GIS professionals, because these tend to offer an opportunity to introduce GISearch Appliance Server and GISearch Appliance Cloud Server to the market.

The following goals have been accomplished during the project:

Services used in order to gain market access – In connection with organizing attendance on fairs and exhibitions abroad:

  • PR articles
  • Google Adwords ad campaigns
  • 2 minutes long promotional product video in three languages (Dutch, English, German)
  • Graphic design and copyrighting for the flyers, roll-ups and press wall

Market research and consulting – We needed the help of consultants with experience in the field of market presence acquisition and also independent market research, because these territories were new and unfamiliar to us.
The most important part of the project proved to be the participation on exhibits held abroad. Accomplishing this required preparations in order to reach the potential clients by using the optimal technical implementation.
